Motion Graphs and CalculationsThe movement of objects is scientifically documented using terms such as distance, displacement, speed, velocity, and acceleration. Visually, motion is represented on distance versus time graphs and velocity versus time graphs. In this unit we will explore these types of graphs; practice calculating speed, velocity, and acceleration;
and create our own situations to document using all we've learned.
Practice AssignmentsMost practice will be done on separate pages that will be handed in to the teacher. A checklist of these assignments, their due dates, and the last date they will be accepted is listed below. This list will also be visible in class as a poster.
'Get stamped' and Sub work are in-class participation only, and will not be accepted late!
